Wolverine girls upend Vikings in overtime, lock up District’s No. 2 seed
Friday Harbor girls basketball squad upended Orcas Island 42-40 in overtime Tuesday, Jan. 30, 2017. With the road win the Wolverines locked up District 1’s No. 2 seed to the Class 2B Bi-District Tournament.

The Wolverines — 5-4 in Northwest 2B/1B League action and 9-10 overall — conclude regular season play at home against Concrete at 5:30 p.m. Friday, Feb. 2. With a victory the Wolverines claim the Northwest League third place to themselves.
Friday Harbor opens Bi-District action at District No. 2’s top team on Wednesday, Feb. 14.
