Friday Harbor, Orcas Island girls drop district semifinal contests

La Conner defeated Friday Harbor 44-23 in a Class 2B District 1/2 Tournament semifinal and Auburn Adventist edged Orcas Island 43-41 in the other semifinal Friday, Feb. 10, 2017. The Wolverines (8-11) will meet the Vikings (12-5) in a loser-out contest at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 15 at Sedro-Woolley High School. Auburn Adventist (9-6) and La Conner (18-2) play for the district title at 6 p.m.
