Jan. 20: Island Women's March in Friday Harbor - SLIDESHOW and VIDEO posted

In spite of the cold and windy weather, approximately 1,000 people gathered in front of the San Juan County Courthouse Saturday afternoon January 20, 2018 for the 2nd annual Women's March in Friday Harbor.



A variety of signs relayed the disappointment, dismay and anger many have for the Trump Administration and listed the issues of freedom, environmental protection and equality that concerned the marchers.The importance of voting was emphasized by many marchers.

    And y'all could pay their rent, medical and food expenses. Heck, you need lots of illegals in you little town and neighborhoods. They really help the economy.
