Slideshow: 2016 Farm parade in Friday Harbor

"Local" was the theme for the 6th Annual Friday Harbor Fall Farm Parade on Saturday October 1, 2016. Following the parade, a celebration was held at the San Juan Island Grange Hall. Visitors admired the progress on the new deck, listened to live music, purchased slices of pie, and petted baby pigs from Sweet Earth Farm.

As part of Saturday's celebration, the San Juan Island Food Co-op screened "Food for Change", an 82-minute documentary about the food co-op movement.
