96 PHOTOS: Chauncey Cox wins 8.8K Loop Run; Anna Derevensky first female across finish line
Youth ruled at the 39th Annual 8.8K Island Loop Run. Fourteen-year-old Chauncey Cox finished first in Island Rec's 2016 8.8K Loop Run with a time of 35:16. Max Haenel was a close second with 36:19. In third place was Andrew Moffatt at 38:13. Anna Derevensky, 17, with a time of 41:18, was the first woman across the finish line. Alyssa Liguori was second with 42:02 and Gaylene Donner was the third female to finish with a time of 43:21. The top three finishers in each age group are listed below.
