DNA helps identify Canadian man's body found in San Juan County in 2009

James Neufeld, 55, of Penticton, BC went missing in 2009. A body found by an Orcas Island boater in the Salish Sea went unidentified for 11 years. The San Juan County Coroner sent dental records to Canada as a matter of course. However Neufeld hadn't been to the dentist in 20 years. 

A new look at cold cases resulted in an answer to the 11-year-old mystery.
