Nov. 14: Closing arguments in arson suspect's trial; charged with setting Spring St. April 6, 2022 fire

The jury in the Dwight Henline trial will begin deliberating Tuesday, November 14, 2023 after closing arguments by the prosecution and the defense in Seattle in the  United States  District Court for the Western District of Washington. Henline is charged with four counts of arson.  Specifically, he is charged with intentionally setting a fire at approximately 10:00 p.m. on April 6, 2022, in Friday Harbor, Washington. The fire  destroyed four buildings and several businesses on Spring Street in Friday Harbor. The trial started October 30, 2023.
